For 10 years, I worked in Manhattan and I’d often sneak out of the office and slip into St. Agnes Church on 43rd Street, where there was Eucharistic Adoration all afternoon.

Eucharistic AdorationPeople who weren’t even Catholic came into church to talk to Christ because they believed something that many Catholics don’t — Jesus is really and truly present in the Eucharist. Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity.

In His presence, wounds are healed, fears are allayed, doubts are dispelled, grief is comforted. The tragedy is that so many young people are looking for answers. They’re looking for friendship. They’re looking for purpose. They’re looking for healing. They’re looking for love. But they’re looking in all the wrong places.

Miracles happen when we sit with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. That is where we will find all the answers, not some, not a few, but all of them.
